2BMFS-5/10型免耕覆盖施肥播种机的设计

【摘要】 机械化保护性耕作技术是实现北方旱区农业可持续发展的一项综合性的农业生态工程技术,其核心是免耕播种机的研制。结合北方旱作灌区免耕技术的特点,应用驱动滑切秸秆和开沟器间压草相组合的排堵原理,研究和设计了 2BMFS-5/10型免耕覆盖施肥播种机。该机应用三点式悬挂方式,采用正配置与拖拉机挂接。同时还对切草刀轴转速作了理论分析,确定出了合理的刀轴转速,在试验中取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Mechanization conversation tillage technology is a synthetical agricultural and ecological engineering technology of realizing sustainable development of north arid agriculture. The core of that is the research and design of no-tillage planter. In the light of local no-tillage charicteristcs, adopting the anti-blocking mechanism of combinating driven blade sliding cutting stalk with pressing stalk between burrow openers, the 2BMFS-5/10 type no-tillage mulch fertilizing planter was designed. The designe adopted three-point-type suspension and was directly connected to the tractor. The blade axis rotary velocity was analyzed, and the reasonable velocity rotary velocity was certained. The better result was obtained in the experiment.
