天祝白牦牛饲草致病菌分析

【摘要】 以天祝白牦牛的饲草为对象,定量研究了天祝县石门、炭山岭、松山、西大滩、抓喜秀龙 5 个地点的白牦牛饲草(夏秋牧草、冬春牧草)中志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、病原性大肠艾希氏菌、沙门氏菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、空肠弯曲菌 7 种消化道致病菌的污染情况,并分析了造成白牦牛饲草料污染的 7 种致病菌。夏秋牧草中各种消化道致病菌检出率顺序为:志贺氏菌(41.24 %)>金黄色葡萄球菌(12.19 %)>沙门氏菌(7.32 %)>病原性大肠艾希氏菌(4.88 %),而小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、空肠弯曲菌未检出;冬春牧草中致病菌的检出率顺序为:志贺氏菌(10.25 %)>金黄色葡萄球菌(7.69 %),而病原性大肠艾希氏菌、沙门氏菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、空肠弯曲菌均未检出。5 个采样点中,夏秋牧草中 7种消化道致病菌总体污染程度为石门(100.00%)>炭山岭(62.5%)>松山(60.00%)>西大滩(14.28%)>抓喜秀龙(0);冬春牧草总体污染程度为炭山岭(33.33 %)>石门(28.57 %)、松山( 25.00 %)>西大滩(0)、抓喜秀龙(0)。致病菌污染夏秋季高于冬春季。天祝白牦牛饲草已经存在轻度致病菌污染.

【Abstract】 The forage grass was taken from different area (Shimen, Tanshanling, Songshan, West Datan, Zhua xixiulong) in Tianzhu and the seven kinds of pathogenic germs including Shigella, Staphytococcus aureus, Salmonella, Yersinia enterocolitica, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytoyenes, Campylobacter jejuni in the forage grass(summer/autumn and winter/spring) were determened quantitatively. The detectived order of 7 kinds of pathogenic germs in summer/autumn grass were Shigella(41.24 %), Staphytococcus aureus(12.19 %), Salmonella (7.32 %) and Escherichia coli (4.88 %); however, Yersinia enterocolitica, Listeria monocytoyenes and Campylobacter jejuni had not been detectived. The detectived order in winter/spring grass was Shigella(10.25.%) and Staphytococcus aureus(7.69.%); however, Salmonella,Escherichia coli, Yersinia enterocolitica, Listeria monocytoyenes and Campylobacter jejuni had not been detectived. The pollution degrees of 7 kinds of pathogenic germs in summer/autumn grass were Shimen(100 %), Tan shanling(62.5 %), Songshan(60.00 %), (14.28 %), Zhuaxi xiulong(0), and the pollution degrees in winter/spring grass were Tanshanling(33.33 %), Shimen(28.57 %) and Songshan(25.00 %), West Datan(0)and Zhuaxixiulong(0). The forage grass of white yak in Tianzhu had been polluted by pathogens slightly. The main reason was increasing of human activity at the location.
