普通高频感应加热设备的磁悬浮熔炼技术
Magnetic levitation melting technique in ordinary high frequency induction heating equipment
【摘要】 采用普通高频感应加热装置实现了大块非晶合金的磁悬浮熔炼和铜模吹铸法制备.分析讨论了磁悬浮的原理,发现当装有物料的石英玻璃管位于加热直螺线管的中间偏上位置时,物料开始被高高弹起,随后在直螺线管的顶部振荡几次后基本稳定在一静止位置.感应涡流加热物料,待物料熔化后再从顶部通氩气把熔融物料从玻璃管小孔中吹入下方的铜模中快速冷却制取大块非晶合金.物料的密度太大或物料在感应线圈中位置太低时,物料不会被弹起和悬浮.
【Abstract】 Magnetic levitation melting and copper mold blow-casting of bulk metallic glasses were realized with ordinary high-frequency induction heating equipment.The principle of magnetic levitation is analyzed and discussed in this paper and it was found that,when the quartz glass tube filled with the stock is located at a little bit higher level than the middle of straight heating solenoid,the stock in the tube will be elevated highly,then oscillating a few times on the top of the solenoid,and rest finally at a certain position.The stock are heated and melted by the induced eddy current and the molten stock is molded into a copper mold beneath the hole on the tube by the way of blowing argon gas form the top of the tube.Bulk metallic glasses will be prepared by rapid solidification process in the mold.However,the stock would not be elevated up and levitated if the stock is too heavy or the tube is in the lower half of the solenoid.
