铝合金薄壁方管在轴向载荷作用下力学行为研究

【摘要】 采用常规的实验方法获得材料的基本力学性能,如弹性模量、泊松比、流变应力等(为FEM提供数据).在一定的条件下,对薄壁方管进行轴向压缩实验,运用Abaqus6.4对其压缩过程进行模拟.研究结果表明,仿真过程中边界条件的设定对仿真结果的影响最大,网格疏密会影响到计算精度,但对最终的结果影响不大.通过比较仿真和实物实验的结果,验证了模型建立的可靠性,并改进和优化了实物实验模型.

【Abstract】 The basic mechanical properties of Al-alloy 6063 such elastic modulus,poisson ratio,and rheologic stress were obtained by conventional test.which offer the data for FEM.Under certain condition,axial compressing were applied onto the squared tube with thin wall.The course of compression is simulated with ABAQUS 6.4.The result showed that the setting of boundary condition has the greatest effect on test result and the mesh density has an effect on the precision of calculation but less effect on the final test result.Compared the result of simulation to the practical experiment,the reliability of the model developed was validated and,at the same time,the practical experimental model was improved and optimized.
