【摘要】 目的　掌握全自动清洗机对呼吸机管路消毒的方法,并讨论其无菌保存有效期。方法　采用全自动清洗机消毒呼吸机管路,对消毒后的呼吸机管路采样进行细菌培养,比较在2种不同温度、时间、操作方法条件下的合格率;无菌室内保存30d后再采样。结果　消毒温度在92～93℃,清洗10min ,烘干程序4 0min ,全过程10 4min条件下,监测结果均无菌生长,合格率达到10 0 %。消毒后无菌保存30d后再采样,培养结果为无菌生长。结论　按全自动清洗机标准、规范的消毒程序对呼吸机管路消毒,能保证消毒质量,减少了人为操作的不规范性;消毒后可无菌保存30d。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the disinfectant method for respirator tubes by automatic washing machine and to evaluate the guarantee time of sterile preservation. Methods Respirator tubes were disinfected by automatic washing machine, bacterial culture was performed on respirator tubes after disinfection, the disinfection qualification rates between two kinds of disinfection processes (different temperature, time and procedure) were compared, the same tubes were performed bacterial culture after 30 days of preservation. Results All the tubes had no bacterial growth when tube’s disinfection temperature was kept at 92-93?℃, washed for 10 minutes and hot dried for 40 minutes, the whole procedure lasted for 104 minutes, the disinfection qualification rate was 100%. The same tubes still had no bacterial growth 30 days later. Conclusion Disinfection for respirator tubes according to the standard washing process of washing machine can guarantee the quality of disinfection, respirator tubes can be preserved for 30 days.更多还原
