高压密封湿法消解-冷原子荧光法测定品成色剂中的微量汞
Determination of Trace Mercury in Coupler with Cold Vapor Atomic Fluorescence
【摘要】 采用聚四氟乙烯高压密封消化罐消化品成色剂样品,将消化好的样品转移到10mL容量瓶中,用去离子水定容10mL,摇匀。进样1.0mL于冷原子荧光测定仪的反应瓶中,加入0.2mL10%SnCl2,品成色剂溶液中的微量汞被SnCl2还原成汞蒸汽,汞蒸汽被氩气带入荧光室,产生荧光。此法消解测定时间短,无汞的挥发损失,干扰少,检出限低为(100ng/L),回收率为95.7%—98.0%,重复性好,相对标准偏差为2.6%。
【Abstract】 Coupler was digested with PTFE pressure airproof pot,transferred into bottle,and diluted with deionized water to 10mL.1.0mL solution was sampled to reactor with 0.2mL 10% SnCl2,which reduces mercury in coupler to vapor.The vapor mercury was bring into fluorescence room and produce fluorescence.The method is of less interference,low inspection(100ng/L),high rate of callback and good repetition without volatilization and losing of mercury.Relative standard deviation is 2.6%.
