【Abstract】 The resveratrol in wine was separated on a ZORBAX stable bound(4. 6×50mm,1. 8μm) rapid chromatographic column with 1% acetic acid-methonal (55 : 45) as mobile phase at a flow-rate of 2. OmL/min,and photodiode array as detector at 304nm,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
