免焙烘无甲醛涂料染色粘合剂的应用

【摘要】 以丙烯酸类单体和苯乙烯为原料合成了标题粘合剂,并对其进行了物理性质、轧染性能的测试。实验结果表明,撕破强力达到6574.38mN,防沾色性a/b接近于1,撕破强力随温度升高而下降,80℃烘干后,撕破强力达到7013.7mN,白度率在95.65%-97.46%之间,在丝绸上应用后,悬垂性和手感优良。

【Abstract】 The title binder latex was synthesized using acrylates and styrene as the monomers and its physical properties and application in pad-dyeing process were investigated. The results showed that the pigment-dyed sample possessed the following properties: tear-strength: 6573.38mN; antistaining: a/b≈ 1. The tear-strength decreased as the curing temperature rose. When dried at 80 ℃, the tear-strength was 7013.3mN. The whiteness was between 95.65% and 97.46%. When applied on silk, the drapability and the handfeeling were excellent.
