【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在动脉导管未闭(PDA)及其合并心内畸形诊断中的价值。方法:应用彩超对99例PDA患者进行检测,其中26例经手术证实。常规测量各房室腔大小,重点观察主肺动脉和左肺动脉与降主动脉间的沟通情况,检测导管的大小、部位,分析PDA及其并发心内畸形的超声表现。结果:本组PDA经手术证实的1例漏诊。单纯性PDA者占36%(36/99),合并其它心内畸形者占63%(63/99)。VSD、ASD、肺动脉狭窄是PDA最为常见的并发畸形。结论:彩色多普勒超声能够准确地诊断PDA,并能检出其合并的心内畸形,具有很高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in diagnosis Patent Ductus Arteriosus(PDA) and associated intracardiac anisotrophy.Methods:99 Patients with PDA were examed with ultrasound,and 26 cases of all have operations to confirm the result.measure the size of compartment commonly,observe the communication between pulmonary artery and descending aorta,detect ductus,size and place,analyze the ultrasonic appearance of PDA and it,s associated intracardiac anisotrophy.Results:One is ignored,there is 36% simply PDA in all,the other 64% were associated intracardiac anisotrophy,VSD and ASD is the most common anisotrophy.Conclusions:we can diagnose PDA and detect it,s associated intracardiac anisotrophy with ultrasound,so it has high clinical apply value.更多还原
