【摘要】 目的:研究迎春花茎叶提取液耐缺氧作用。方法:①采用常压耐缺氧法;②对抗异丙肾上腺素法;③断头喘息法;④游泳实验法。结果:迎春花茎叶提取液显著延长常压缺氧条件下小白鼠的存活时间;显著延长皮下注射异丙肾上腺素小白鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间;显著延长断头小白鼠的喘息时间;显著延长小白鼠的游泳时间。结论:迎春花茎叶提取液具有耐缺氧作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl water extraction on anti-hypoxia.Methods:①the hypoxic method of mice under the normal pressure;②the hypoxic method of mice to resist isoprenaline;③the hypoxic method that the heads of mice were cut down;④the hypoxic method of mice swimming survival time.Result:Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl water extraction could significantly prolong the survival time of mice under the normal pressure and hypoxia.It could also significantly prolong the survival time of mice into whom isoprenaline had been injected,the survival time of mice with the heads being cut down,and the swimming survival time of mice.Conclusion:Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl water extraction has the effect of anti-hypoxia.更多还原
