【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征对母婴的危害。方法:将124例妊娠高血压综合征行剖宫产病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:妊娠高血压综合征对母亲的危害是多器官,且严重,抢救及时是可逆,对婴儿的危害在体重、窒息方面,也很严重,有许多是不可逆,远期亦有危害。结论:早期、系统、定期的产前检查可及时发现、预防妊娠高血压综合征及并发症,减轻对母婴的危害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate where the pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) harms both a mother and a baby. Methods:We reviewed the medical records of 124 patients in Heshun Hospital in Fuoshan Guangdong and the Women and Children’s Hospital of Baiyun in Guangzhou from Jan 2000 to Dec 2003. PIH reduce the mother’s harmness in many systems and organs. A lot of baby’s harmness PIH reduced are fatal and a lot are longterm. Results:The incidence of ascites in PIH was 14.6% in total in this study. The shorter the time of pregnancy is, the more a volumme of ascites in PIH patients become; The more a volumme of ascites become, the more Proteinurina in a 24-hour collection is. The others do not effect volumme of ascites in PIH patients. Conclusions:It is highrisk for both fetal and mother with PIH complicated by ascites. Early and regular systematic prenatal care is useful in diagnosis and prention of PIH and it’s complications.更多还原
