【摘要】 目的:探讨合理治疗颈椎间盘突出症的方法。方法:总结52例经6个月以上随访的病例,将全部病例治疗前后的颈髓功能进行JOA评分,计算改善率,并将手术和保守的疗效进行比较。结果:手术和保守治疗的疗效无显著差别。但手术病例治疗后无1例病情加重,而保守治疗病例治疗后有3例病情逐渐加重。病情加重者均为治疗前颈髓功能损害较重、病程较长的病例。结论:手术和保守治疗对颈椎间盘突出症都有一定疗效,但在选择保守治疗时要慎重。对治疗前颈髓功能损害较重、病程较长的病例尽量采取手术治疗,防止病情恶化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the outcomes of surgical and conservative treatments for protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc and to explore the tactics in treatment for this kind of diseases. Method:52 patients with CSM after operation were followed up in more than six months. These patients’ cervical spinal functions were scored according to JOA scores. The recovery rates were calculated. The curative effects of surgical and conservative treatments were compared. Result: The curative effects of surgical and conservative treatments were not obviously different. But there is no case getting worse after operation. While three cases got worse after conservative treatment. Those cases getting worse were the ones who had had bad cervical spinal functions and long histories. Conclusion: Both surgical and conservative treatments are effective in treatment for protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc. It is better to choose surgical treatment when dealing with the patients with bad cervical spinal functions and long histories in order to avoid getting worse after treatment.更多还原
