【摘要】 目的:测定一种与人蛋白激酶CK2α’亚基相互作用蛋白的cDNA序列。方法:选择一个与人蛋白激酶CK2α’亚基相互作用蛋白的重组质粒pGADT7-LibrarycDNA ,使用BigDyeTM荧光标记终止底物循环测序试剂盒,用载体pGADT7的T7-启动子为测序引物,在ABIPRISM 310型基因分析仪上进行DNA测序。结果:该重组质粒的插入片段与泛素—核糖体蛋白S2 7acDNA序列只有一个碱基的差别。结论:通过DNA测序,该种与人蛋白激酶CK2α’亚基相互作用蛋白为泛素—核糖体蛋白S2 7a的变体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sequence of cDNAs encoding one of the interaction proteins with human protein kinase CK2α’ subunit. Methods:One recombinant plasmid pGADT7-Library cDNAs encoding the protein interacting with human protein kinase CK2α’ subunit was selected. Using BigDyeTM Terminator Cycle Sequencing Ready Reaction Kit, the pGADT7-Library cDNA was sequenced with T7-promoter primer on ABI PRISM 310 Genetic Analyzer. Result:The recombinant plasmid inserted fragments were different with ubiquitin-ribosomal protein S27a as one base. Conclusion:The protein interacting with human protein kinase CK2α’ subunit is ubiquitin-ribosomal protein S27a isotype.更多还原
