【摘要】 肥胖是并发高血脂、脂肪肝、糖尿病和心脑血管损害等疾病的主要危险因子,减肥药物(食品)是一种有效的控制体重的手段。壳聚糖对脂肪和胆固醇具有良好的吸附性能,正在成为一种新型的减肥药物(食品)。结合本课题研究方向,综述了药用壳聚糖及其衍生物在治疗肥胖及其并发症方面应用的研究进展。通过在壳聚糖C6位-OH上改性制备了水溶性、油溶性和两亲性良好的壳聚糖衍生物,并通过动物试验研究了其减肥功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obesity is the most important cause of high blood lipid,fatty liver,diabetes,cardiovascular disease and so on,so obesity drugs(food) is an effective means of controlling weight.Chitosan exhibits good adsorption to fat and is becoming a new obesity drugs(food).The development of chitosan and its derivatives in the treatment of obesity and its complications is summarized in this paper.A novel type of water soluble,oil-soluble and amphiphilic derivatives of chitosan was prepared through introducing some active groups onto the 6-hydroxyl group of chitosan.The effects of chitosan and the derivatives on treating obese rats are explored.更多还原
