银系氟磷灰石抗菌剂的制备和性能研究

【摘要】 采用复分解反应制备了氟磷灰石,对有、无锌离子的氟磷灰石进行结构和性能比较。结果表明:烧结温度、所载抗菌金属离子以及干燥方式对氟磷灰石为载体的抗菌粉体的抗菌性能有较大影响,载银和锌两种金属离子的氟磷灰石,通过低温干燥、1000℃烧结具有最佳的抗菌性能。

【Abstract】 Fluorapatite was prepared by adopting double decomposition method, and the properties were characterized by XRD, XPS and antibiotic testing. The structure and antibacterial effect of zinc ion doped and no zinc ion doped fluorapatite were compared. The results indicate that the factors of sintering temperature, doping metal ions and drying method have obvious effect on the antibiotic property of the materials, and the silver-zinc ion doped antibiotic material, sintered at 1000℃ and dried at low temperature shows the best antibacterial property.
