制粉工艺对钛酸钡性能的影响

【摘要】 以工业级原料为反应物,用溶胶-凝胶自蔓燃合成法和水热法两种湿化学工艺制备钛酸钡粉体,并将粉体性能进行了对比。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶自蔓燃工艺对原料纯度非常敏感;工业级原料由于杂质含量高,严重影响胶体的均匀性;胶体高温煅烧后,得到的粉体粒度变粗,致使电性能变差。水热法受原料纯度的影响小,制备的粉体性能优良。

【Abstract】 Superfine BaTiO3 powders were synthesized by sol-gel auto-ignition synthesis process(abbreviated SAS) and hydrothermal process using industrial grade raw materials to benefit lot production.The properties of the two products were characterized and compared in detail.The results show that SAS process was heavily sensitive to the purity of raw materials.The homogeneity of the obtained gel was significantly affected by high-content impurities of industrial grade raw materials.The particle size of the obtained powders increased when the SAS gel was calcined under 600℃,which resulted in the deterioration of the dielectric property of BaTiO3 ceramic.The hydrothermal process was not obviously affected by the purity of raw materials compared with the SAS process and the as synthesized product shows excellent properties.
