功能化聚乙烯胺接枝聚苯乙烯微球的制备及其对铬离子吸附性能的研究
Synthesis of functional poly(vinylamine) grafted polystyrene polymeric microsphere and its adsorption properties for chromium ion
【摘要】 从N-乙烯基乙酰胺出发,合成得到亲水性的聚N-乙烯基乙酰胺(PNVA)大分子单体,使之与疏水性苯乙烯进行共聚反应,制备出核为聚苯乙烯,壳为亲水性PNVA大分子链的PNVA接枝聚苯乙烯(PN-VA-g-PSt)聚合物微球,将其水解得到聚乙烯胺接枝聚苯乙烯(PVAm-g-PSt)聚合物微球,再与功能化合物羧基偶氮安替比林缩合,制得表面带有功能基团的聚合物微球,研究了该功能化聚合物微球对Cr3+的吸附机理,吸附动力学,考察了pH值对吸附的影响,发现改变吸附体系的pH值,可以使微球解吸附。并且微球对Cr3+的吸附过程符合Freundlich等温式。
【Abstract】 Starting from N-vinylacetamide monomer,poly(N-vinylacetamide) macromonomer was prepared.Poly(N-vinylacetamide) grafted polystyrene core-shell microspheres can be synthesized by dispension polymerization.Poly(vinylamine) grafted polystyrene polymeric microspheres were gotten by hydrolysis.After condensation with carboxylantipyrylazo,the microspheres were bearing functional group on the microsphere surface.The adsorption mechanism,adsorption kinetic equation and pH influence of functional polymeric microspheres for Cr3+ were studied.The adsorption activity was in accordance with Freundlich isothermal equation.
