氮化铝的溶剂热合成及形貌研究
Solvothermal synthesis and morphologies research of aluminum nitride
【摘要】 通过溶剂热方法合成出了氮化铝材料,并研究了溶剂种类、温度、表面活性剂等不同条件对合成氮化铝粉末的结晶度、纯度和形貌的影响。实验中通过控制条件得到了棒状、片状、球状和多孔形貌的氮化铝粉末。结果发现,用二甲苯为溶剂合成的氮化铝结晶度好,而生成的氮化铝纯度随着反应温度升高而增加,同时表面活性剂的加入对结晶度也存在一定的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the solvothermal synthesis of aluminum nitride powder in the different conditions,and investigated the influence of solvent type,temperature,surfactant type over the crystallinity,purity and morphologies of powders.We obtained rods,flakes,spheres,porous aluminum nitride by control of synthesis conditions,respectively.The results show the good crystallinity of the powder was obtained when using xylene as solvent,and the purity of aluminum nitride obtained increase with the reaction temperature,and the addition of surfactant has also influence over the crystallinity.
