液相色谱-质谱联用法测定人参皂苷Re在健康人血浆的浓度

【摘要】 目的建立液相色谱-质谱联用法测定人参皂苷Re在健康人血浆中浓 度的方法。方法血浆样品用固相萃取法处理。用电喷雾离子化和正离子多 离子反应监测方式检测人参皂苷Re。结果该方法人参皂苷Re线性范围为 1.05~1 050 ng·mL-1;定量下限为1.05 ng·mL-1;方法回收率在99.3%~ 104.3%;日内、日间变异系数(RSD)均<15%。结论该法准确、灵敏、特异, 适用于健康人血浆人参皂苷Re浓度测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a HPLC/MS/MS method for the determination of ginsenoside Re in healthy human plasma. Methods Plasma samples were pretreated by solid phase extraction . Ginsenoside Re was detected by the positive electrospray ionization - MS method under multiple reaction monitoring mode. Results The calibration curve of ginsenoside Re in plasma was linear over the range of 1.05 ~ 1 050 ng · mL-1, the limit of quantitation was 1.05 ng · mL-1 . The relative recovery was 99.3% ~ 104. 3%. The within - day and between - day RSDs were less than 15% . Conclusion This assay method is accurate, sensitive, and specific, it is suitable for the measurement of plasma ginsenoside Re concentration.
