静脉注射时防止微量空气进入血管的方法探讨
Exploration on prevention of micro-air from entering blood vessel during vein injection
【摘要】 目的:减少患者心理压力,避免微量空气在静脉注射药液时进入血管内,预防并发症发生。方法:将60例患者分普通组和实验组,普通组采用平时常用的操作方法,实验组在静脉穿刺时见有回血继续回抽至头皮针管的1/4处,并将微量气泡轻弹回到注射器内,方可注射药液。注射药液后,首先打开输液管调节器开关,见输液管乳头挂着一滴将要流出的液体时,迅速连接头皮针。结果:普通组有空气进入25例,无空气进入5例,成功率16.7%;实验组有空气进入1例,无空气进入29例,成功率96.7%。两组成功率比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:实验组操作简便、安全可靠,可消除患者心理压力,减少感染机会,患者乐于接受。
【Abstract】 Objective:To reduce the mental pressure,avoid micro-air from entering blood vessel during vein injection and prevent the complications.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups:control and experimental groups.For the control group,the routine vein injection methods wre carried out.In experimental group,the air bubble was eliminated during the vein puncture and after the drug injection,the regulation switch was opened immidialtely to connect the scalp needle.Results: In control group,25 cases were found to have air-entering,the success rate was 16.7%.In the experimental group,only one case was found to have air-entering,the success rate was 96.7%.The significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The methods taken in experimental group shows the simple,safe and accurate features and it can reduce the mental pressure and infection of patients.
