【摘要】 目的:比较自酸蚀粘接系统和复合树脂修复牙体缺损的效果。方法:随机抽取212颗患牙随机分为两组,治疗组112颗,采用自酸蚀底料的可乐丽菲露SEBOND及AP-X复合树脂修复牙体缺损,对照组100颗,应用Dyract复合体(非酸蚀型)充填治疗,治疗后随访观察1,3,6个月,所得结果用四格表χ2检验。结果:治疗组修复体成功率达98%,而对照组则为90%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用自酸蚀粘接系统和复合树脂修复牙体缺损,可以获得较好的固位性能和边缘封闭性,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy of self-etching bond system and composite resin in pair of dental defects. Methods:212 teeth were randomly divided into two groups. 112 teeth in the experimental group were treated with CLEARFIL self-etching bond and AP-X to repair dental defects, while 100 teeth in the control group were treated with Dyract compomer. 212 teeth were followed up for 1,3,6 months, respectively. The data were analyzed by Chi square test. Results: The results showed that the successful effective rate of the experimental group reached 98%,significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using of self-etching bond system and composite resin to repair dental defects has indicated perfect retention and marginal sealing, which is worthy of wide clinical application.更多还原
