【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗恶性肿瘤的可行性和疗效。方法:将各种恶性肿瘤患者251例随机分为腔镜组106例和开放手术组145例,对术前、术中及术后情况进行对比研究。结果:两组的手术范围、癌肿残留情况、术后并发症、伤口种植、术后复发及病死率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。腔镜手术出血少、疼痛轻及恢复快,住院时间短及伤口美观。结论:选择适当的病例,按肿瘤治疗原则及要求进行腹腔镜恶性肿瘤根治术是安全、有效、彻底的,近期疗效优于开腹,远期疗效满意,但有待进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the outcome and the feasibility of the laparoscopic surgery in the malignant tumor treatment. Methods:251 cases of patients who had met the selective standards were randomly divided into two groups:laparoscopic surgery group (106 cases) and open surgery group (145 cases).The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative conditions were analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in the operative extent, postoperative residue, complications, port-site-metastasis, recurrence and death between the two groups (P>0.05). Laparoscopic surgery group showed the less intraoperative bleeding, less pain and faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and more aesthectic wound. Conclusion:After properly choosing patients,the laparoscopic treatment of the malignant tumor according to the principle of the radical treatment of malignant tumor was safe, effective, complete and the near outcome is better than that of open operation.The long-term outcome is satisfactory,but still have to wait for further observation.更多还原
