陶瓷膜渗流数值模拟

【摘要】 介绍分析了渗流应用、膜渗流研究的现状;通过陶瓷膜模型的建立和初始条件的确立,用计算机和FLUENT软件模拟研究了陶瓷膜渗流过程中压力的分布、流场的变化。结果表明,随着压力分布的变化,渗流速度也有很明显的变化,其中外层孔在渗流中起主要作用;模拟与实验进行了比较,结果基本吻合。

【Abstract】 The application of seepage flow model and of membrane seepage flow were introduced and analyzed.By setting up ceramic membrane model and confirming initial condition,the distribution of pressure and change of flow filed in the seepage flow process of ceramic membrane were simulated and studied with computer and FLUENT software.The results showed that seepage flow velocity changed obviously with the change of pressure distribution,and the outer pores played a main role in the filtration process.By comparing simulation with experiments,the results were identical basically.
