【摘要】 在对国内外现有信息化成熟度模型分析的基础上,提出了一个信息化成熟度模型。采用背靠背的方法征集了国内15位知名信息化专家对该模型的意见,统计分析发现,专家对该模型的认可度比较高。根据专家的针对性意见,修改得到了一个5阶段的信息化成熟度模型:技术支撑级、资源集成级、管理优化级、战略支持级和持续改善级。最后,对如何进行信息化成熟度的评价提出了一个初步的框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the existing information management maturity model at home and abroad,a new Information Management Maturity Model was put forward. The opinions of the model from 15 well-known national information management experts were collected by Delphi method. It was found through the statistical analysis that the extent of identity is very high. On the basis of the experts’ opinions pertaining to the model, an amended five-phase Information Management Maturity Model, including technology support level, resources integration one, management optimization one, strategy support one and continuous optimization one, was given.
