【Abstract】 A quantitative framework for HeXie management theory was given and further research direction predicted from the basic assumptions to the propositions. On the basis of the previous research, the concept of HeXie is defined. With the exploration of HeXie Theme, the approach to differentiating and recognizing HeXie Theme were refined in light of problems and tasks faced by enterprise in the strategy implementation. Consistent relationship and dynamics mechanism among the variables ,including He Principle, Xie Principle, HeXie Theme, organization, environment, leader and strategy, were analyzed to gain several main studied problems in the development and application of HeXie management theory.更多还原
