【摘要】 我国自1978年改革开放以来,经济建设取得了巨大的成绩,但与此同时社会贫富分化的速度也较快。我国社会贫富差距分化既表现在城镇内部差距和农村内部差距上,更突出地表现在城乡差距和地区差距上。实证研究发现,全国居民收入差距、城乡差距、地区差距的拉大都与违法犯罪活动的增多有着密切的相关关系,随着贫富差距的拉大,各种形式的违法犯罪活动特别是侵财性犯罪大量增加。高度重视贫富分化问题,采取措施逐步缩小贫富差距,并培育容忍合理差距的社会文化,是最大限度地减少违法犯罪活动,促进和谐社会建设的重大理论和现实课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1978 when China began to reform and adopt the open policy, she has made great achievementsin economic construction, but at the same time she has quickened the pace at which the rich becomes richer and the poor poorer.This gap has found its expression inside cities and towns, inside the country- side, particularly in the difference between cities and villages, and between regions. Our case study shows that the widening of the income gap between residents all over the country, between cities and villages, between regions, has been closely related to the amplification of criminal activities, and that, with this widening, various kinds of criminal offences, especially those concerning property, have been greatly aug- mented. And therefore, taking very seriously this income gap problem, taking steps to gradually narrowing this gap, and cultivating the culture that tolerates reasonable income gaps are, in theory and in practice, a subject of great importance,a subject that involves minimizing criminal activities and propping up the construction of a harmonious society.更多还原
