【摘要】 由于关系到我国的信息安全以及降低信息化成本、IT技术生命周期的原因,提升中国IT制造业的国际竞争力具有重大的战略意义和现实的紧迫性。本文使用比较常用的贸易竞争指数、显示性比较优势指数(RCA指数)、市场占有率指数、质量与附加值指数等指标对中国IT制造业国际竞争力进行了实证分析。中国IT制造业在劳动密集型、组装加工型等产品领域具有比较强的国际竞争力,在高附加值、高技术以及新技术、新产品等领域的国际竞争力还比较弱,但在这些领域,中国IT制造业的国际竞争力在不断增强。提升我国IT制造业的国际竞争力需要资源禀赋的改善和升级、国家相关政策的扶持、企业的技术跟踪和技术学习能力的提高以及具有较高抱负水平和企业家精神的企业家团队。更多还原

【Abstract】 Associated with China’s information safety, the cost reduction of the gene ralization of information, and with the life cycle of IT, the advancement of the international competitiveness of China’s IT manufacture (CHITM) is of great str ategic significance and pressing at present. By indexes such as the commonly use d index of trade competition, the RCA index, the index of market share, the qual ity and added value index, in this article we have made a case study of the inte rnational competitiveness of CHITM. Relatively, CHITM is strong in international competitiveness only in the lines of labor-intensive production and assembling and processing, but in the fields of production of goods with high added value, hitech, and new technology or of new goods, it is weak but continuously advancin g. The upgrading of international competitiveness of CHITM needs improvement and escalation in obtaining resources, the support by the related state polices, en terprises’ following in technology, the raise of their ability to study technolo gy, and a corps of enterprisers with high ambitions and enterpriser’s enterprise .更多还原
