荧光动力学分析法测定5种酮清除超氧自由基和羟基自由基的活性
Fluorescent kinetic analysis measurement of antioxidant properties of five xanthones against on superoxide and hydroxyl radicals
【摘要】 利用荧光动力学分析法研究了5种酮化合物对超氧自由基(O2.-)和羟基自由基(.OH)的清除作用.利用邻苯三酚自氧化产生O2.-;利用Fenton反应产生.OH,向这2个反应体系中分别加入5种口山酮化合物,O2.-和.OH的产生速率明显降低.说明5种酮化合物对和有较强的抑制作用.探讨了酮化合物的结构与其抗氧活性的关系.
【Abstract】 The scavenging effects of five xanthones on superoxide radicals(O2·) and hydroxyl radicals((·OH)) has been studied by fluorescent kinetic analysis.The O2-· were produced by autoxidation of pyrogallol and ·OH were produced by the reaction of fenton,five xanthones was added to the two system solutions,the produced rate of O2-· and ·OH was reduced.Results showed five xanthones have the scavenging effects on O2· and ·OH.The relations between structure of xanthones and its antioxidative activities has been explored.
