【Abstract】 Based on the present situations of the population,climate,water resources,land resources and ecological environment of Bashang district,Hebei province,the authors put forward such truths that it is required to pay more attention to the ecological environmental building and protection in the land arrangement engineering for the Bashang district,Hebei province,which is the middle section of agricultural and pastoral cross bedding areas and the weakest section in the weakest areas of ecological environment,at the same time,it is required to utilize the land resources rationally and scientifically,to control the total amount of agricultural land,to strengthen the intensity of returning land for farming to forestry and to greening,to develop the water resources reasonably,to enhance the construction of the shelterbelt nets for agricultural lands and to adjust the agricultural planting structure so as to promote the sustainable development of the local economy.更多还原
