我国100 MWe~200 MWe等级机组锅炉低NO_x改造的探讨
On Retrofitting Coal-fired Boilers with Capacity of 100 MWe~200 MWe to Reduce NO_x Emission
【摘要】 介绍了我国100 MWe~200 MWe机组的NOx排放基本情况和煤粉锅炉低NOx燃烧技术的基本原理,分别对我国100 MWe~200 MWe机组的主要2种燃烧方式,即四角切圆燃烧和墙式旋流燃烧进行低NOx改造可采取的措施进行了分析,交流了清华大学热能工程系在这方面的实践经验和改造效果,探讨了通过燃烧技术的改造来实现低NOx排放的可行性。
【Abstract】 A general introduction on NOxemission from the 100 MWe200 MWe coal-fired boilers in China and the principles of low NOx emission combustion was given.The available de-NOx techniques to retrofit these boilers are discussed,with respective to the commonly used tangential-firing and wall-firing combustion systems respectively.The practices of retrofitting boilers on low emission by Tsinghua University were introduced.The results indicated that it is possible to apply the cost-effective retrofit in combustion system to achieve a rather stringent NOx regulation.
