炉内高温喷射尿素溶液脱硝机理及其影响因素
Mechanism and Parameters Study on NO_x Abatement Use Urea as Agent in Boiler
【摘要】 试验采用多功能一维沉降炉试验台。模拟电厂锅炉喷射尿素溶液还原烟气中的 NOx 气体成分,采用的方式为尿素溶液 SNCR方式脱硝。试验研究结果分析得到结论为:尿素溶液的最佳喷入温度为 850 ℃~950 ℃,反应的停留时间为 0. 7 s~ 1 s,合理的 NH3 /NO 比例在 1. 5 ~ 3. 0 左右。烟气中的CO、O2 存在对脱硝效果的影响不能忽略,O2 的含量过高不利于脱硝的反应发生, CO在低温条件下有助于脱硝反应中的 NO还原,在高温情况下抑制 NO的还原,总体上讲 CO的存在使反应的“温度窗口”向低温方向移动。
【Abstract】 Experiment was carried out in a one dimension drop tube furnace to simulate urea injected into power plant for NO x reduction. The simulated boiler flue gas and initial NO x were burned with NH 3 and liquid petroleum gas. Results show that the optimal temperature for injected aqueous urea is 850 ℃~950 ℃ and the resident time is about 0.7 s~1 s; NH 3/NO mole ratio should between 1.5 and 3.0. CO and O 2 in flue gas have important influence on the NO x reduction process. Excessive O 2 concentration has negative effects on the NO x deoxidization. CO can improve NO x reduction efficiency at lower temperature, but restrain it at higher temperature. The overall effect is that the “temperature window” will move towards lower temperature because of CO existence.
