多流体碱雾发生器烟气脱硫布风结构优化的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 在一种新型的多流体碱雾发生器半干法烟气脱硫技术中 ,碱雾发生器内雾化液滴与脱硫剂颗粒的惯性碰撞是影响整个工艺脱硫效率高低的关键因素之一。为了提高液、固颗粒间的碰撞活化效率 ,通过数值模拟的方法 ,对多流体碱雾发生器脱硫剂颗粒及携带风的 2种不同进风型式进行分析比较 ,结果表明均匀性好的圆环进风方式大大增强了雾化液滴与脱硫剂颗粒的碰撞活化作用 ,从而为碱雾发生器布风结构的优化提供合理方案。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the analysis of merits and faults in the traditional semidry flue gas d esulfurization processes, a new semi-dry flue gas desulfurization process with multi-fluid alkaline spray generator was presented by our research group.In the new flue gas desulfurization process, the inertial collision between the water droplets and the sorbent particles is one of the primary factors affecting the d esulfurization efficiency directly. In order to enhance the efficiency of collis ion activation, two different structures of air distributor in the new desulfuri zation process are analyzed and compared through the numerical simulation method .Its concluded that the structure that entrained air is injected through two c oncentric annulus can satisfactorily improve the uniformity characteristic of fl ow field in the reactor and enhance the efficiency of collision activation.
