贝雷法在SMA-16型集料级配设计中的应用
Bailey Method for Aggregate Grading Design of SMA-16
【摘要】 以贝雷法级配设计理论为基础,将0.075mm筛孔作为最小控制筛孔,提出了适合SMA-16型级配的检验指标范围和理论依据,并对调整前后的SMA-16型级配沥青混合料的路用性能进行了试验验证。研究表明:将0.075mm筛孔作为最小控制筛孔,以FAP检验0.075mm筛孔的通过率,提出了满足CA比和FA比检验的合理指标范围,完善了贝雷法对设计级配关键筛孔通过率的检验,为SMA的设计和检验提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The paper studied the Bailey method for aggregate grading design and evaluation and recommended the sieve of 0.075mm as the minimal control sieve,and the indexes for design and evaluation of the SMA16 gradation.The road-use performances of asphalt mixtures were tested for gradation contrast before and after adjustment.The new test index of FA_p is presented to evaluate the percentage passing the sieve of 0.075mm and the rational index ranges for CA ratio and FA ratio fit for the SMA16 aggregate grading which perfect the evaluation of the percentage passing of the critical sieves in design gradation by Bailey method.
