【Abstract】 This paper,aiming at the limitation of processing and transporting the high-motion picture,analyses the coding and network-friendly performance of correlative standards and brings forward an video monitoring scheme adopting the next generation compression coding standard---H.264,then discusses the theory and details of the improved technology and the error-resilience tools concretely,finally gives a personal opinion on the realization and application.更多还原
