基于总费用的车辆维修班组结构优化
Structure Optimization for Vehicle Maintenance Teams
【摘要】 研究在车辆维修过程中如何配备维修人员、设备以降低维修成本、提高维修效率和优化维修作业组织的方法。基于排队论方法建立了车辆维修系统的数学模型,分析了系统的运行效率,确定了系统参数的最佳设置方法,并通过改变维修组数量与结构,提高维修服务作业效率。在某车辆维修企业的应用结果表明,本文研究成果可显著提高维修服务作业效率,有明显的经济效益。
【Abstract】 A method to reduce maintenance cost, improve maintenance efficiency and optimize maintenance teams by equips people and a facility in the process of vehicle maintenance is investigated. Based on queuing theory, the mathematics model for vehicle maintenance system is presented and the operation efficiency of system is analyzed, then the optimal parameter for system is determined. The maintenance service efficiency can be improved by changing quantity and structure of maintenance teams and groups. The application in a car maintenance corporation shows that the present method can greatly improved maintenance service efficiency and has an economic benefit.
