【Abstract】 Investigating 726 nurses who took part in the graduation synthesis skill exam of Guangdong Province self learning nursing junior college students. Group sampling method was adopted. The results showed that their psychology health level is not only lower than normal people, but also lower than other nurses. The hospital managers should focus on the affecting factors to produce management methods basing on human beings in order to improve the psychology health level of self learning nurses.更多还原
