【摘要】 对自然旅游资源进行开发时,需要注意自然旅游资源保护和利用两方面内容,保护自然旅游资源可以保证自然景区的可持续利用,合理利用可以保证自然景区的净收益达到最大化,从资源经济学角度对自然旅游资源可持续利用进行分析可以实现上述目标.应用资源经济学理论对自然旅游资源利用进行了静态分析和动态分析,认为总收益最大并不等于净收益最大,投资者会将更多的资金用于当前的自然旅游资源开发和利用.结合桂林旅游资源开发现状,即桂林市区自然旅游资源开发边际收益逐渐下降、周边各县自然旅游资源开发增长迅速、布局合理且可持续利用潜力大,认为桂林在可持续利用自然旅游资源方面,应明确管理权和使用权、提高自然景区承载力和控制游客流量.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the development of natural tourist resources,it is necessary to pay attention to the protection and utilization of the natural tourist resources.Protecting the natural tourist resources can maximize the net income.Analysis of sustainable utilization of natural tourist resources can promote resource economy.Based on static analysis,dynamic analysis and resource economy,as the maximum gross income is not equal to maximum net income,investors spend more for present natural tourist resources development.According to the current situation of natural tourist resources development in Guilin,the marginal benefits of the natural tourist resources gradually decrease,the development of the natural tourist resources in counties around Guilin increase fast with rational distribution and sustainable utilization potentiality.It is suggested that Guilin should make clear the administrative rights and utilization rights,improve the bearing capacity of the natural scenic spots and control visitors flow in nature tourist resources.更多还原
