β-环糊精交联聚合物的合成及表征
Synthesis and Characterization of β-Cyclodextrin Crosslinked Polymer
【摘要】 以β-环糊精为单体,2,4-二异氰酸酯甲苯和环氧氯丙烷及淀粉为交联剂,合成了3种环糊精交联聚合物,分别测出了这些聚合物的交联度,并对产物进行了热重分析和红外光谱分析,探讨了它们在不同溶液中的溶解度.所合成的聚合物具有良好的热稳定性,不溶于水和常见的酸、碱及有机溶剂.聚合物含交联剂的特征基团,具有环糊精的空腔结构.
【Abstract】 Three crosslinked polymers of β-cyclodextrin are synthesized by toluene-2,4-disocyanate、epoxy chloropropane and starch to β-cyclodextrin.These polymers′s content,thermal analysis,UV,IR spectrum and distribution fraction are studied.The results indicate that the polymer presents the same hydrophobic cavity as β-cyclodextrin and improves the thermal stability of the polymer.These crosslinked polymers are not soluble in water,ordinary acid,alkalis and organic solvents.
