不饱和聚酯/剑麻纤维复合材料的制备及其耐磨性能

【摘要】 采用碱处理、热处理、碱热处理、热-碱处理、乙酰化处理、氰乙基化处理、高锰酸钾处理以及TDI和偶联剂处理等不同的物理和化学方法对剑麻纤维(SF)进行处理,然后将SF细化,与不饱和聚酯塑料共混,通过模压成型方式制成不饱和聚酯/剑麻纤维复合材料.研究表明固定剑麻纤维的用量,采用化学方法处理的SF,其复合材料比采用物理方法处理时材料的耐磨性能好,尤以TDI处理方法为最好,复合材料耐磨性比未处理体系提高了68.77%;复合材料的耐磨性能随剑麻纤维含量的增大而变好.

【Abstract】 Sisal fibers(SF)are pretreated by different techniques such as alkali treatment,thermal treatment, alkali-thermal treatment, thermal-alkali treatment, acetylation,cyanoethylation,KMnO4treatment,TDI treatment and coupling agents treatment.SF is smashed and unsaturated,polyester/sisal fiber composites are made through compression molding.Wear-resistance are investigated and the effects the fiber content are analyzed. The results show that when SF content is 30% the wear resistance of composites treated by chemical methods is better than those treated by physical methods.Especially,TDI treated SF/IU composite indicates the best wear resisteance,which is improved by 68.77%.The wear-resistance of composites improves with SF content increasing.
