【Abstract】 The paper integrates the research on the drivers of strategic change and introduces the control into the research on strategic change process. The data adopted in the empirical research are large-scale and of multi-industry. We analyze the impacts of outer competitive environment drivers and inner organizational factors drivers on the choice of control mode, on the speed and scope of strategic change, which are two fundamental characteristics of the change proccss. We also analyze the impacts of strategic control and financial control on strategic change process.更多还原
