【Abstract】 Many people paid attention to the charging mode and pricing strategy of mobile telecommunications with its fast development.This paper focusing on the unilateral pricing strategy of Chinese mobile telecommunications concluded that network externality would improve the social welfare.It also suggested that we should adopt caller pay principle to prompt mobile telecommunications at the beginning and adopt receiver pay principle to increase social welfare in the end.更多还原
