采用GPRS技术的工程机械远程服务系统
A Remote Service System for Construction Machinery Based on GPRS
【摘要】 GPRS网络与互连网的无缝连接,向客户提供了丰富的无线数据业务。通过结合GPRS技术优点和智能化工程机械对数据可靠性、实时性要求,并以装载机为例,设计了一个基于GPRS的对多点装载机的主要部件进行实时监控和故障诊断的远程服务系统,使装载机的维护更为及时、主动和便捷,从而使装载机以最佳运行状态工作和使用寿命延长。该系统移植性强,具有一定的实用价值。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> Linked with the Internet seamlessly, GPRS networks provide clients with rich wireless data services. Taking the Loader as an example and based on GPRS, the paper designs a remote services system, which could monitor timely and diagnoses faults of the main equipments of the Loader in different spots. The new system integrated the advantages of GPRS techniques and the data reliability and real-time requirement of intellectualized construction machinery. The maintenance for the Loader will be faster, more active and more convenient. Thus the Loader may work in an optimal state and may have a prolonged service span. This system can be easily used in other construction machinery and has a fine applying value.
