【Abstract】 In consideration of improving the state strategic status of earthquake science and technology and strengthening the international competition capacity of chinese earthquake science and technology, we propose herein to establish and amplify the national seismic creation system and to adjust the ratio of concerned works timely. In the paper, we give an instruction and comments on basic concept and main content of the seismic creation system, and put forward four recommended programs for “the eleventh five-years′plan” based on the situations of Yunnan province. We expect to research the strategic points in “the eleventh five-years′plan” of taking precautions measures against earthquake and alleviating other natural disasters from the aspects of the national industry structure adjustment and development.更多还原
