【摘要】 农民工是我国社会转型过程中的必然产物,农民工进城就业促进了城市经济和社会的繁荣,但他们的权益没有保障。近几年,要求保障农民工合法权益的呼声越来越大,已引起政府和学术界、媒体的广泛关注。通过对农民工的社会保障制度建设现状、农民工社会保障待遇受损的原因等进行分析,提出完善农民工社会保障制度建设的建议,以期对农民工社会保障制度的构建有所裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The farmer laborer is the product of the development of the society during our social transitional period.They entering cities and finding employment promote the cities, economic and develop the society.However,their rights have not been safeguarded.Recently there is a powerful voice of requiring their rights to be safeguarded.Government,experts and medium have paid more attention to it.The present condition of farmer laborers, social safeguard system and the reasons of infringing their legal treatment are analyzed in the paper.In addition,some suggestions are put forward to perfect the farmer laborers, social safeguard system.更多还原
