【摘要】 目的观察小剂量左布比卡因单侧腰麻在老年下肢手术的阻滞效果。方法选择下肢手术60例,随机等分成两组:LB组用0.75%盐酸左布比卡因0.6ml(4.5mg),加注身用水稀释至3ml后单次注射,注速为1ml/5s,注药毕保持原位15分钟后仰卧。B组用布比卡因,其他与对照组完全相同。结果两组痛觉和运动阻滞起效和持效时间以及阻滞平面固定时间及其持续时间,两组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论小剂量左布比卡因单侧腰麻在老年下肢手术有应用和研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of unilateral spinal block with hypobaric Levobupivacaine in elder . Methods 60 patients undergoing hypobaric unilateral spinal block of lower extremity operations were equally and randomly divided into 2 groups. Group 1 (LB) was hypobaric solution of Levobupivacaine (0.75% 4.5mg, diluted up to 3 ml withdistilled water ), and was injected slowly (1 ml/5s) through a 27-gauge needle . Then the patients maintained their position for 15 min before placed supine . Group 2 (B) was treated all the same as group 1 except bupivacaine was used instead. Results Statistic study showed that block characteristics revealed no significant difference between 2 groups (p>0.05). Conclusion The unilateral spinal block with hypobaric Levobupivacaine in elder for lower extremity operations is worth studying and using value.更多还原
