【摘要】 21世纪是知识经济时代,经济时代最基础的产业是教育。贯彻科教兴国和人才强国的战略,必须注重教育。继续医学教育作为一种运用知识、创造知识资源的重要途径已经取得了长足的发展,然而,随着中国加入WTO和经济发展的日趋全球化,医技人员面对的是新形势下更严峻的挑战,医学教育应如何与进俱进以在知识经济大舞台上发挥其优势?本文论述了继续医学教育仍需在原有基础上拓宽渠道开展以个,突出了对医技人员“以病人为中心”的服务理念教育、法律意识教育、广泛获取医学科技资源的外语培训等综合性素质教育,对更新继续教育观念,创新管理模式有一定的启迪作用。更多还原
