浅谈ICU护士法律意识及护理文件质量的提高

【摘要】 目的探讨提高ICU护士法律意识及护理文件质量监控,有效减少医疗纠纷。方法帮助护士认识ICU护理工作中潜在的医疗纠纷、护理文件与法律责任的关系,提高护士法制观念。结果有效减少医疗纠纷发生。结论加强ICU护士法律意识,严格按照要求书写护理文件,加强护理质量监控,从而采取防范措施,减少医疗纠纷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance law awareness of nurses and quality control of nursing document in intensive care unit(ICU), which is effective to reduce medical dispute. Methods The training that was favourable to help ICU nurses knew the latent relation- ship among medical dispute, nursing document and law responsibility was perform . Result The events of medical dispute was reduced efficiently. Conclusion It is beneficial to guard against medical dispute by enhancing law awareness of nurses and quality control of nursing document .更多还原
