【摘要】 目的通过分析120例喉癌患者术后放疗存在的护理问题,并针对其特点采取相应护理对策,一方面使护理人员有计划、有目的实施整体护理,另一方面让患者了解他们存在的护理问题,很好地配合治疗,以提高放疗效果,减少并发症。方法入院时对患者症状、体征进行评估,并分析患者放疗过程出现的问题。结果95%患者自觉配合治疗,5%需要反复耐心护理,才能配合治疗。大多数患者无放疗并发症,6例出现干性皮炎,5例出现白细胞下降,经及时治疗恢复。结论对喉癌患者术后放疗存在的护理问题进行系统化整体护理,能提高放疗效果,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present problems and the corresponding strategy in the nursing of patients receiving postoperative radiotherapy by retrospectively analysis of 120 patients. As result, the patients can get better understanding and cooperate with the treatments, the nurses can provide more specific and effective overall planned nursing schema, which will further improve the treatment result and reduce complications. Methods Review the acute complications during radiotherapy and analyze their relationship with pretreatment symptoms and signs of patients. Results Ninety five percent of patients cooperated with treatment willingly. The other 5% of patients were reluctantly to receive nursing and needed repeated explanation and advice. Little toxicity were found in these patients except 6 cases of dry desquamation and 5 cases of leucopenia, which were totally recovered following treatment. Conclusions Systemic and specific nursing are able to improve treatment result and reduce complications of treatment for patients receiving radiotherapy following laryngectomy.更多还原
