【摘要】 目的评估CT静态强化扫描对鉴别肢体软组织良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾分析38例肢体软组织病变的CT表现,良性病变12例,恶性病变为26例,全部病例均与手术及病理结果对照。结果CT对肢体软组织病变的检出率为100%,本组结果显示,良性病变强化相对均匀,恶性病变强化不均,呈边缘强化明显,中间强化较差的表现。结论在CT增强扫描测量肢体软组织病变边缘及中心部位的CT值变化程度对鉴别肢体软组织良恶性病变有帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the value of Enhanced CT in differential diagnosis of extremsity soft tissue benign and malignant lesions. Methods The CT fetures of 38 cases of limbs soft tissue ,proved by pathology and operation were analyzed retrospectly. There were 12 benign lesions and 26 malignant lesions respectively. Results The CT detection rate of extremsity soft tissue tumor is 100%. Bengin lesions enhanced homogeneous and malignant lesions enhanced inhomogeneous .Malignant lesions had a notable peripheral enhancement and no obvious central enhancement .Conclusions CT enhanced value of peripheral and central portions may facilitate the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions in extremity soft tissue更多还原
