【摘要】 目的探讨脂质代谢异常对2型糖尿病(DM)的影响。方法测定40例糖尿病肾病(DN)和40例无肾病糖尿病患者(DM)空腹血清中血脂TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,FBS的浓度。结果糖尿病肾病组较无肾病组的TG,TC,LDL-C浓度明显增高(p<0.05),而两组间ApoA1,ApoB结果无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论DN脂代谢紊乱的程度明显高于无肾病患者,脂质代谢异常是糖尿病的重要慢性并发症,脂质紊乱作为一种危险因子与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of the disorder of lipid metabolism on type2 diabetic nephropathy(DN). Method Case control was used to determine lipoprotein, apolipoprotein (Apo), plasma glucose inpatients with type2 DN (40 cases), and type2 diabetes (40 cases). Result There was significant differencein TG, TC, LDL-C in the two groups(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in ApoA1,ApoB with the twogroups.Conclusion The degree of the metabolic disorders of plasma lipids in patients with type2 DN isgreater than in patients without nephosis .更多还原
